At MOKA, we provide services to adults (18 years and older) with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Muskegon, Ottawa and Kent Counties. Our Community Supports Program is designed to help these individuals explore greater independence and inclusion through social engagement within their community. Our program works with people to build skills for job retention and acquisition as well as group activities to help lead a meaningful life. We provide person-centered planning that is completed collaboratively with the person’s support team. Our goal is to help individuals gain greater independence to their communities at their own pace.
