MRCI is a private, nonprofit organization that is proud to offer employment-first services and programs. We are one of the largest and most diverse providers of employment and day services in Minnesota, and we serve individuals in Southern Minnesota and the Twin Cities Metro Area. Our new community-based day service program is designed for individuals who are unable to work a full day, and we also have programs for those 55 plus who no longer want to work but still want to participate in engaging experiences.
