Mrs. Katherine Passman is an educational advocate passionate about ensuring all children receive their Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE). With a background in school psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Verbal Behavior, and Special Education Advocate Training, Katherine brings a unique set of experiences and skills to her advocacy work. She is an active member of the Council of Parents, Attorneys and Advocates (COPAA) and Food Allergy Research and Education (FARE), and her passion for special education advocacy stems from her own experience advocating for her own child with a disability. With a deep understanding of the unique needs of parents and the knowledge to effectively communicate with school districts, Katherine is an effective advocate for those in need of special education support.
