Ms. Elizabeth Moyse is a special education advocate dedicated to helping parents and students with special needs navigate public school districts. Our advocacy services include consultations with parents and students, reviewing and requesting district and independent evaluations, attending planning and placement team meetings, requesting additional special education and related services, requesting out of district placements, homebound instruction, attending mediations, and filing and representation at due process hearings. We strive to secure a free and appropriate Individualized Educational Program (IEP) to meet the unique educational needs of the student.
