Ms Heather Thomas is a Speech Pathologist and Audiologist who specializes in Autism and Behavioral Disorders. She holds an undergraduate degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology and is certified in AAC Device Management and as a RBT (Registered Behavioral Technician). With two young children of her own, Ms Thomas uses her experience to provide education and advocacy for parents, aiming to create an IEP team that works together from the same side of the table. Her goal is to empower parents to be active participants in the IEP process.
