The New Hampshire Council on Developmental Disabilities (NHCDD) is a federally funded agency that advocates for and represents individuals with developmental disabilities. We are committed to improving the lives of people with disabilities in our state by setting priorities and developing strategies to address the issues they face. Our authority to do this comes from the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act (DD Act). As a Council, we strive to empower those living with disabilities by championing their rights and voicing their concerns.
