New Horizons Crisis Center (NHCC) is a rural Minnesota-based organization devoted to providing support and advocacy to individuals and families who have been victimized by crime. Our goal is to offer a safe, non-judgmental environment to help victims transition from victim to survivor. In addition, NHCC provides education and prevention services to assist in reducing crime in the area. Our commitment to those we serve is to listen, advocate, and empower them to take control of their lives and achieve a brighter future.
