At New Opportunities, Incorporated, we are a nonprofit, 501(C)(3) tax exempt developmental training program devoted to empowering adults with disabilities. Our programs are funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS), the Illinois Department of Public Aid (DPA), the Madison County Community Mental Health Board, Local Education Agencies, Revenue from Contract Work, and Private Contributions/Donations. We strive to provide quality services that promote independence, foster success, and enrich the lives of our clients.
