Newhaven Counseling and Health Services is a comprehensive Community Mental Health Center and Certified Community Behavioral Health Center that serves Calhoun, Columbia, Dallas, Nevada, Ouachita, and Union Counties in Arkansas, and the surrounding area. Our mission is to provide excellent and effective behavioral health, substance abuse, and intellectual and developmental disability services to meet the needs of the communities we serve. We promise to serve all clients, offer discounted fees for those who qualify, and never deny services based on a person’s race, color, sex, age, national origin, disability, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or their inability to pay. We have a sliding fee scale available to those who qualify based on family size and income.
