NC ITP is the lead agency for the North Carolina Infant-Toddler Program (ITP) within the North Carolina Early Intervention Branch (NCEI) of the N.C. Division of Public Health. Our comprehensive program provides specialized supports and services to families with children birth to three years old who have special needs. Research has indicated that this critical period offers an opportunity to make a positive difference in the development and learning of a child. Our team of local service providers, in collaboration with the 16 Childrens Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) across North Carolina, work together to help families support their children and help them reach their full potential.
