The North Carolina Infant | Toddler Program (NC ITP), part of the North Carolina Early Intervention Branch (NCEI) in the N.C. Division of Public Health, provides supports and services to families with children, ages birth to three, who have special needs. Research indicates this time period is critical and offers a window of opportunity to make a positive difference in a child’s development and learning. Our Cape Fear (Fayetteville Area) office works with sixteen Childrens Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) across the state to help families help their children succeed.
