The North Carolina Infant | Toddler Program (NC ITP) is a part of the N.C. Division of Public Health and the Early Intervention Branch (NCEI). It provides critical supports and services for families and their children, from birth to three, who have special needs. The sixteen Childrens Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) across North Carolina work collaboratively with local service providers to help families help their children reach their potential. The Infant-Toddler Program provides a window of opportunity to make a positive difference in a child’s development and learning.
