North Carolina Infant | Toddler Program (NC ITP) is part of the North Carolina Early Intervention Branch, a division of the North Carolina Division of Public Health. NC ITP provides supports and services to families with children from birth to three years of age who have special needs. Research has shown that this period is key in helping children develop and learn in a positive way. NC ITP works with 16 Childrens Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) across the state, as well as local service providers, to ensure families have the necessary resources to help their children succeed.
