At North Carolina Infant | Toddler Program (NC ITP) in Concord, we are part of the N.C. Division of Public Health’s Early Intervention Branch. We provide families with special needs children from birth to three with supports and services to help them succeed. With sixteen Childrens Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) across North Carolina, we work with local service providers to give families the resources they need. We understand the importance of this time period, as research shows that this window of opportunity can make a significant difference in a child’s development and learning.
