At North Carolina Infant | Toddler Program (NC ITP) in Greenville, we are dedicated to helping families provide the best care for their children, birth to three, who have special needs. We are part of the N.C. Division of Public Health’s Early Intervention Branch (NCEI) and collaborate with sixteen Childrens Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) across the state. Research shows that this critical time period offers a window of opportunity to make a positive difference in a child’s development and learning. Through our work, we strive to provide supports and services to families in order to help their children succeed.
