North Carolina Infant | Toddler Program (NC ITP) is dedicated to providing families and their children, from birth to three, with the support and services they need to reach their full potential. As part of the N.C. Division of Public Health and NCEI, NC ITP understands the critical window of opportunity for children to learn and develop. With 16 CDSAs located across North Carolina, NC ITP is committed to working with local service providers to help families help their children succeed. We are proud to offer the highest quality of care for infants and toddlers in the state of North Carolina.
