North Carolina Early Intervention Branch (NCEI), part of the N.C. Division of Public Health, is the lead agency for the North Carolina Infant | Toddler Program (NC ITP). NC ITP provides families in Raleigh with a range of supports and services for children from birth to three who have special needs. Research shows that this time period is critical for a child’s development and learning, and NC ITP works with 16 Childrens Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) across North Carolina to help families give their children the best start possible.
