The North Carolina Infant | Toddler Program (NC ITP), located in Rocky Mount, is a state-run program that provides specialized services and supports to families with children birth to three that have special needs. Our program is sponsored by the North Carolina Early Intervention Branch (NCEI), which is part of the N.C. Division of Public Health, and is designed to help families maximize the potential of their children during this critical window of opportunity. We provide resources and services through our sixteen Childrens Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) across the state and connect families with local service providers to ensure their children succeed.
