At NC ITP in Shelby, North Carolina, our mission is to provide supports and services to families and their children from birth to three who have special needs. We understand that this time period is critical, and so our team of 16 Childrens Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) across North Carolina work with local service providers to ensure that each family is provided with the resources and assistance necessary for their children to succeed. As part of the North Carolina Early Intervention Branch of the N.C. Division of Public Health, our goal is to provide families with the opportunity to make a positive difference in how their child develops and learns.
