North Carolina Infant | Toddler Program (NC ITP) is a part of the N.C. Division of Public Health that provides supports and services for families and their children, from birth to three, who have special needs in Winston-Salem and across North Carolina. Our research-backed program offers a window of opportunity to make a positive difference in how a child develops and learns. Sixteen Childrens Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) work together with local service providers to help families help their children succeed. At NC ITP, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality early intervention services to families in North Carolina, with the goal of helping their children reach their full potential.
