At Franklin County Public Health Services, we provide comprehensive, family-centered services for infants and toddlers with disabilities in partnership with local early intervention programs throughout New York State. Our Early Intervention Program (EIP) is designed to help families of children birth to three years of age with developmental delays and disabilities access the services and supports they need. We specialize in providing early intervention services that focus on the family’s strengths and needs, promoting the child’s optimal development, and helping families connect to community resources. Our team of professionals works to ensure that each family receives the highest quality of service, support, and resources. Our goal is to provide the best possible start for every child and family.
