At the NYS Early Intervention Program, the Tioga County Health Department is committed to helping children learn how to communicate effectively with others. Through speech therapy, we can help your child develop nonverbal skills such as using signs or gestures, form speech in a clearer way, and understand facial expressions and body language. Speech therapy can also help your child understand and respond to questions, communicate thoughts and feelings, and improve their ability to swallow and feed. Our goal is to provide comprehensive support, guidance, and resources to help your child reach their fullest potential.
