Ohio Disability Rights Law and Policy Center, Inc. is a non-profit corporation with a mission to advocate for the human, civil, and legal rights of people with disabilities in Ohio. Since October 2012, Disability Rights Ohio has been the state’s Protection and Advocacy (PA) system and Client Assistance Program (CAP). Its Board of Directors, comprised of people with disabilities and family members of people with disabilities, guides the organization’s work. Disability Rights Ohio is dedicated to protecting the rights of people with disabilities and ensuring they have access to the resources they need to lead full, independent lives. The organization is committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to exercise their rights and seek justice when those rights are violated.
