Our federal program promotes school readiness by enhancing cognitive, social and emotional development of young children in the Portland area. We model our Oregon Pre-Kindergarten (OPK) program after Head Start with the goal of expanding access to early learning opportunities for our lowest income and highest need preschoolers. Our commitment is to ensure that all children in our community have the opportunity to receive the best early learning foundation to reach their full potential.
