South Coast Head Start & Oregon Early Learning Pre-Kindergarten Program is an initiative designed to promote school readiness in young children from low-income families. Our program seeks to enhance the cognitive, social, and emotional development of children by providing high-quality early learning opportunities. Our program is modeled after the federal Head Start program and is open to the lowest income and highest need preschool children in Oregon. We strive to make sure all children have access to a quality education that sets them up for success.
