Oregon Supported Living Program (OSLP) is a residential, supported living and community inclusion and employment program dedicated to providing safe and supportive environments for adults with developmental disabilities. Our residential program provides eighteen loving home environments to forty-eight individuals in Eugene and Springfield, allowing them to explore their interests and passions. Our Supported Living Program supports twenty-nine adults who live independently and need assistance to balance aspects of their life such as money management, self-advocacy, or accessing support. Additionally, our Community Employment Program strives to meet the needs of local employers while providing meaningful work opportunities to individuals that OSLP supports. Through our customized approach, we can help your business find the right candidate and bring additional benefits to your team.
