At Pacesetters, our mission is to provide meaningful and productive lifestyles for those with developmental disabilities in the Upper Cumberland Region of Tennessee. Founded in 1971, Pacesetters began as a volunteer program and has grown to become one of the largest community-based day training and residential programs in the state. We now provide day and residential services in 5 Tennessee Counties and personal assistance in 12 Tennessee Counties. Our goal is to ensure that everyone we serve is given the opportunity to succeed and live a life of dignity.
