Parents Offering Parents Information and Networking (POPIN) is a U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) funded organization that provides parent training and information (PTI) services to the Florida Panhandle (Escambia to Volusia County). Our PTI services support parents of children with a range of disabilities in preparing their children for school, with the goal of helping them lead productive, independent lives. Through our services, we provide training and information to ensure parents have the resources they need to help their children reach their fullest potential.
