Idaho Partners in Policymaking is a leadership development program offering training, information, resources, and skill building to adults with developmental disabilities and parents of children with disabilities. Founded in 1986 by Colleen Wieck, Executive Director of the Minnesota Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities, Idaho Partners in Policymaking equips individuals and families with the tools and support needed to achieve the best possible life experiences for themselves and for their children. Through our innovative program, we provide the resources and training required to empower those with disabilities and their families to lead successful and fulfilling lives.
