Partners Resource Network (PRN) | PACT Project is a federally funded Parent Training and Information Center (PTI) that assists Texas parents of children and youth with disabilities aged 0-26. Our Regional Coordinators are committed to providing families with the knowledge and resources they need to understand their child’s disability, their rights and responsibilities under IDEA, and how to obtain and evaluate relevant services for their child. We strive to ensure that all parents can be active participants in planning services for their children. PRN | PACT serves families living in ESC Regions 7, 8, 10, and 11.
