Patricia Howey is a renowned Parent Advocate and Registered Paralegal with over 40 years of experience in education law and advocacy for special needs families. She holds an A.S. and a B.A. in Paralegal Studies from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College, where she graduated magna cum laude. Patricia is an affiliate member of the Indiana Bar and the American Bar Associations, and works with our attorneys in Indiana, Texas, and Michigan to review documents, spot legal issues, draft due process complaints, prepare for hearings, and assist at hearings, as well as assist with federal court cases.
