Penn-Mar Human Services is dedicated to providing life-changing support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Founded in 1981, we serve over 2,000 adults in the Carroll and Baltimore counties in Maryland, and southern York county in Pennsylvania. Our innovative, person-centered approach focuses on empowering individuals to pursue their best life through meaningful employment, community inclusion, and residential choice. We are committed to providing individuals and their families with the resources and assistance they need to live courageously.
