The Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry and Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to prepare for and maintain employment. Our mission is to enable Pennsylvanians with disabilities to gain independence and secure meaningful employment. We provide a wide range of services, including diagnostic services, vocational evaluations, counseling, training, restoration services, placement assistance, assistive technology, and support services. OVR is one of the oldest programs in which state funds are matched with federal funds and we strive to provide the best possible support to individuals with disabilities.
