Pennsylvania Partners in Policymaking (C2P2) is a leadership training program designed to provide individuals with disabilities, parents of young children with disabilities, and university students with the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to become informed and effective advocates for disability rights. Through this program, participants gain access to cutting-edge information, leadership training, and skill-building opportunities from national and local experts on the issues that affect individuals with disabilities. C2P2 offers a unique opportunity for individuals to become empowered, informed, and engaged citizens.
