PLAN of Central Ohio is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to future care planning for disabled adults due to mental illness. Established in 1999, our organization was formed by a group of families with disabled family members who were concerned about who would care for them once they were no longer able to do so. We offer an activities program where clients can form friendships, practice social skills, and have fun. Our case manager/client ratio is 1 to 5, ensuring a safe and supervised outing. Our program includes casual dinners at restaurants, movie outings, and trips to local attractions.
