Dr. Priti Kothari is a board certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with fellowship training at Johns Hopkins Medical Center. She completed her undergraduate studies at Princeton University and held a major in Anthropology and concentration in Women’s Studies. Dr. Kothari followed her research in Eating Disorders at Hunter College/CUNY while having an affiliation to Cornell Medical Center. Her medical school studies were at Ross University School of Medicine and she completed her Adult Psychiatry Training at University of Maryland/Sheppard Pratt Hospitals. Subsequently, Dr. Kothari specialized in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Training at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Her professional interests include Anxiety disorders, Mood disorders, ADHD, Pervasive Developmental Disorder, and Women’s issues, as well as the relationship between Mental Health and Weight Loss. Dr. Kothari has been providing psychiatric evaluation and medication management services in Boca Raton since 2005 and is dedicated to treating individuals with a wide range of psychiatric illnesses.
