Project SEARCH Arizona is an innovative, employer-led program designed to assist young people with disabilities navigate the transition to adulthood. Our one-year employment preparation program takes place solely at the workplace, with the aim of helping participants acquire the skills and experience required for a successful career. Through our program, we provide mentoring, job coaching, classroom instruction, and on-the-job training to ensure our students gain the necessary skills and confidence to be engaged and successful in the workplace. Our team of dedicated professionals work together to create a customized program for each student that is tailored to his or her individual needs. We are committed to providing our students with the best possible experience and are proud to have helped thousands of young people with disabilities achieve their goals.
