Project SEARCH Ohio | Atrium Medical Center is a unique, business-led, one-year employment preparation program focused on helping young people with significant disabilities transition to productive adult life. Our program takes place entirely at the workplace, and is designed to provide hands-on work experience, career exploration, and job training to individuals aged 18-26 with disabilities. Through this program, we strive to provide our participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to pursue meaningful employment opportunities and lead successful, independent lives. We are dedicated to helping our participants gain the skills, self-confidence, and work experience needed to make successful transitions to working life and achieve their personal and career goals.
