Project SEARCH Ohio at Aultman Hospital is a unique, business-led, one-year employment preparation program designed to aid young people with disabilities in successful transitions to an independent and productive adult life. Our program takes place entirely at the workplace, giving participants the opportunity to gain real-world job experience and develop essential skills to increase their self-sufficiency. We strive to create meaningful job opportunities and foster independence for young adults with disabilities, while providing employers with talented and hardworking employees. Our program is committed to helping participants gain meaningful, competitive employment and is dedicated to enhancing their quality of life.
