Project SEARCH Ohio | Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is a unique, one-year employment preparation program that is business-led and takes place entirely at the workplace. Our mission is to help young people with disabilities make successful transitions to productive adult life. With our comprehensive training, support, and guidance, Project SEARCH Ohio provides an opportunity for participants to gain the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to gain meaningful employment. Our goal is to empower and equip participants with the confidence and job readiness skills to be successful in the job market. We strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages participants to reach their full potential.
