Project SEARCH Ohio is a unique, business-led, one-year employment preparation program that takes place at Dublin Methodist Hospital. Our goal is to help young people with disabilities make successful transitions to productive adult life. We provide a comprehensive, business-led approach to job training and career development for individuals with disabilities. With assistance from our dedicated staff, employers, and community partners, we strive to equip young people with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the workplace. Our program focuses on the development of skills in communication, problem-solving, and job readiness to ensure our participants are prepared to meet the demands of today’s workforce. We are committed to providing an inclusive environment where everyone has equal access to opportunities, and our goal is to empower individuals to achieve their career goals.
