Project SEARCH Ohio is a unique, business-led, one-year employment preparation program designed to help young people with significant disabilities make successful transitions to productive adult life. Our program takes place entirely at the Fifth Third Bank Corporate Office, providing an invaluable opportunity for participants to develop the skills and experience needed to secure meaningful employment. Our experienced team of staff and mentors are dedicated to helping each individual reach their employment goals. We strive to provide a supportive learning environment, where each participant can reach their fullest potential. At Project SEARCH Ohio, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to succeed.
