Our one-year program takes place entirely at the workplace and focuses on developing employability skills, creating individualized employment goals, and fostering positive workplace interactions. Through our program, we strive to empower young adults with disabilities to achieve independence and make successful transitions to productive adult life. We are committed to providing a supportive, inclusive and encouraging environment for our participants to unlock their potential and reach their goals.
