Our mission is to help young people with disabilities transition into successful and productive adult life. Our program is custom-tailored for each individual, ensuring that each person receives the best possible preparation for their future career. We focus on teaching skills necessary for the workplace, such as communication, problem-solving, and working as part of a team. Our goal is to provide our participants with the necessary tools to become successful, independent members of their communities. We strive to make the transition to work as smooth as possible, and provide our participants with the best possible start in their careers.
