Project SEARCH Ohio | Lorain County Community College is a unique, one-year employment preparation program that focuses on helping young people with disabilities transition to successful and productive adult life. Our program is business-led and takes place exclusively in the workplace. We provide the necessary resources, guidance, and support to help our participants become successful in their future endeavors. Our team is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for our participants to grow and learn. We strive to create a future of independence and success for our participants by equipping them with the necessary tools to succeed.
