Project SEARCH Ohio | Miami Valley Hospital South is a one-of-a-kind, employer-driven, one-year transition-to-work program created to help young adults with disabilities gain the skills and experience needed for successful employment. Our mission is to provide individuals with disabilities the necessary resources and support to transition into productive, independent adults. Our program focuses on creating meaningful work experiences that foster personal and professional growth, as well as a sense of purpose and identity. We strive to develop job skills and behaviors that lead to successful employment and career advancement. By working closely with employers and businesses, we are committed to helping participants achieve their long-term employment goals.
