Project SEARCH Ohio is a unique, business-led, one-year employment program based at O’Bleness Hospital in Athens. Our Transition-to-Work Program focuses on helping young people with disabilities gain the skills and confidence needed to make successful transitions to adult life. We provide support, mentorship, and job-readiness training to ensure that our participants gain meaningful, competitive employment. Our goal is to empower our young people with the tools and resources they need to live independent, productive lives.
