Project SEARCH Ohio | Ohio Health Berger is a one-of-a-kind Transition-to-Work Program designed to empower young adults with significant disabilities to lead successful, independent lives. Our program is business-led and takes place entirely in the workplace. We offer a comprehensive one-year plan that equips participants with the skills and knowledge needed to enter the job market. Through our innovative program, we strive to provide our participants with the tools they need to achieve their goals and transition into productive adult life.
