Project SEARCH Ohio at Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Community is a unique one-year employment preparation program focused on helping young people with significant disabilities make successful transitions to productive adult life. Our program is led by business professionals to ensure our participants are prepared to enter the workforce and become independent. Our program gives participants the opportunity to learn job skills and gain valuable workplace experience that will set them up for success. We strive to create meaningful connections between our participants and employers, providing them with the resources to reach their full potential.
