Project SEARCH Ohio | Summa Health Systems is a unique, business-led, one-year employment preparation program that provides an innovative approach to help young people with significant disabilities transition to productive adult life. Dedicated to providing a comprehensive work-based learning experience, our program features hands-on job exploration and training, mentoring, and job placement assistance. Participants gain valuable work experience, develop self-confidence, and build the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the workplace. Through our program, we strive to provide the highest level of quality, professional service to all of our participants.
